Sweet Dreamz Slumber Rental Agreement
Rental
It is the responsibility of the customer renting the equipment to ensure that all steps are taken to avoid injury and prevent damage to equipment. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all equipment maintains its original condition during booked time.
Pricing
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due to confirm your date. Deposit will be applied to the total purchase amount. The remaining portion is due on day of set up.
Equipment
Equipment shall be used for intended rental purpose only. Climbing or hanging on the tents is dangerous and not permitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure duty and care for supervised children at all times. Rentals are for smoke free environments only. Please do not bring any food or drinks in the tents. Please do not use slime, glitter, craft material, make-up, nail polish, or any other sticky substance near the sleepover gear.
Release of Liability, Assumptions of Risk & Claims Agreement
In exchange for Sweet Dreamz Slumber's rental equipment and any child under my supervision to use their equipment, I agree with the following:

I am responsible for renting Sweet Dreamz Slumber equipment and to supervise children while in the tents. I agree that I have notified all parents or legal guardians of the children that are under my supervision of the potential risks associated with Sweet Dreamz Slumber tents. Potential risks include but are not limited to decorations with small pieces and batteries, including choking hazards from small pieces and the risk of injury from batteries.

I understand that leaving battery lights on may increase risk of fire. I agree that if myself or a child is injured during the use of Sweet Dreamz Slumber tents that I will accept all responsibility and liability for such injuries.

I understand there is risk to pets if pets are near equipment. I accept full responsibility if a pet is injured as a result of being near the tents.

I agree to give up my right to sue Sweet Dreamz Slumber for any damage, expense, or injury that I or a child under my supervision may suffer from use of Sweet Dreamz Slumber rental equipment. I agree to waive any and all claims that I have or may have in future against Sweet Dreamz Slumber from any liability for any damage, expense, or injury.
